App seats license the software on your devices: FMX for Windows, FMX for iPadOS, Selfie Wi-Fi, DMBot, AGWall, PMWall and FMShare. One seat per copy running at the same time.

FMSlide, FMPrint and AI Hot Folder are free on every plan and need no seat.

Starter, Pro and Scale include a 14-day trial of the plan you pick, with every FMX license in the setup you built. Output carries a watermark during the trial.

A card is required. The day-14 charge, term and commitment end date are shown before you activate, with reminders on days 11 and 13, and you can cancel any time before then.

Your $10 registration credit runs the trial and covers AI and SMS alike. Hands-on onboarding is included; 24/7 Support is a separate per-license add-on and is not part of it. You can publish up to 3 events, with unlimited drafts and setup.

Choose an annual plan and that becomes $100 to $500 on the day your plan starts. Switching from monthly to annual sets the same figure that day. Whatever your term, we match the first credits you buy: up to $50 on Starter, $100 on Pro and $250 on Scale.

After that you buy credits as you need them. Every generation has a fixed published price that depends on your plan, so an AI background removal is $0.07 on Starter, $0.03 on Pro and $0.02 on Scale.

Credits you buy never expire while your account is active.

Your starting credit expires after 90 days, whether that is the $10 at registration or the $100 to $500 an annual plan replaces it with. It is there to get you running AI on your first events. Matched and promotional credits are valid for 12 months.

Credits are non-refundable, have no cash value, and are removed if the account is deleted.

Yes. The calculator on this page prices the AI for a whole event from your guest count and the features you plan to run. It covers AI only, so seats, prints, media and SMS sit outside it.

The AI Playground then lets you run those same features on a test photo, so you know exactly how they will look before you are on-site.

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current term.

Your data is never deleted. If you end up above the smaller plan's storage or brand count, everything stays live and new uploads pause until you are back within the quota or add a storage block.

Your paid item runs through its current term. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not end an annual commitment early.

If Cloud ends while an app license is still active, paid Cloud features stop but license management and the app itself stay available. Galleries become read-only for 14 days and your data is kept for 90. Unused promotional credits are forfeited.

If you just want to pause, Hibernate keeps the account safe for $12/mo.

Yes, in both directions. Monthly or annual Cloud pairs with monthly or annual app licenses, including mixed terms for the same app.

Every annual app license runs its own 12-month term and keeps its own renewal date, so nothing is forced onto a shared date. Monthly to annual is available anytime and starts a new 12-month term; annual to monthly happens at renewal.

Seats 1 to 24 are full price. Need 25 or more paid seats? That moves to Enterprise for custom pricing.

The 14-day trial is the evaluation period. Once it converts, annual subscriptions and upgrades are binding and non-refundable except where required by law.

Canceling stops the next renewal rather than the current term, and monthly subscriptions can be stopped for their next renewal. Hardware has its own sales and return terms.

In Cloud, under Billing. Every invoice is listed there and ready to download whenever your accountant asks.

The same screen holds the card on file and your billing address, and it is where you turn auto-renew on or off per item, so you stay in control of what renews and when.

Yes. Your lifetime license stays exactly as it is, on its platform, forever.

During the 45-day launch window an eligible owner can add one subscription seat on the opposite platform for $300 in year one, renewing at $396/yr. Any active paid Cloud plan qualifies, and the opposite platform must be activated during the window.

No. Until January 2025 we sold FMX (formerly FMBooth, or Foto Master Photo Booth Software) and our other apps as lifetime licenses. When Foto Master Cloud launched we moved to a subscription model, and lifetime licenses are no longer offered.

If you bought one before then, nothing was taken away: it never expires, never needs an app seat, and keeps running as it always has.
