Already own a lifetime license?

Your existing lifetime software license remains honored, you never pay app seats for software you already own. Cloud subscriptions are separate and add cloud services such as galleries, AI workflows, sharing, analytics, branding and remote management.

What is an app seat?+
A license for one Foto Master app, live on one device at a time. Cloud covers your whole company; seats are what you add per app. Swapping a seat to another machine takes a log out and a log in.
Which apps are included free?+
FMSlide, FMPrint and AI Hot Folder come free with every Cloud plan, with no seats and no limits. Add them the day you need them.
Can I mix annual and monthly seats?+
Yes. Keep annual seats for your core booths and add monthly seats for busy season. Every seat is the same published price, whatever the count. Need 25 or more paid app seats? Talk to Enterprise sales for a custom deployment and contract. Compare plans
Does the software run on my own hardware?+
Yes. Any compatible Windows PC or iPad runs the full platform: same software, same AI, same cloud tools. Plenty of operators start on gear they already have and add a Foto Master booth once the bookings pile up.
Where do I manage all my licenses?+
In one dashboard in Cloud: every seat, every renewal, every device assignment, across your whole fleet.
Can I move a seat from Windows to iPadOS?+
They are two separate apps, one per platform, built on the same ideas and sharing most of the same features, and licensed separately at the same price. Capabilities differ a little: supported cameras, printers and some integrations are not identical, so ask us if a specific device matters. One seat powers one active device, so running a Windows booth and an iPad booth at once needs one of each. If you change platform for good, tell us and we will move your license once a year, free.
Can I still buy a lifetime license?+
No. Until January 2025 we sold FMX (formerly FMBooth, or Foto Master Photo Booth Software) and our other apps as lifetime licenses. When Foto Master Cloud launched we moved to a subscription model, and lifetime licenses are no longer offered. If you bought one before then, nothing was taken away: it never expires, never needs an app seat, and keeps running as it always has. Adding a Cloud plan is what unlocks the rest, from updates to the latest version to galleries, sharing, AI, analytics and license management. See what a Cloud plan adds
I already own a lifetime license. Does it still work?+
Yes, permanently. It keeps working, it never needs a seat, and your existing support renewals stay at their current price. Adding a Cloud plan lets you update to the latest version at no extra software cost.
